What role does America play in the Middle East protests?

In a transcript of President Obama’s interview with Novaya Gazeta of Russia, I am particularly interested in his response to the question, “Do you agree that lies and greed – – lies about the state of markets and greed of their participants — are the main reasons for the current economic crisis?”

Released by the White House office of the Press Secretary on July 6, 2009

The liberal left’s solution to the economic crisis was the implementation of a massive stimulus bill, the take over of private businesses and the introduction of universal health care. Besides turning the U.S. government into an environmentally friendly car dealership, I am curious to know what new sources of energy Obama has in mind to find for our survival? The following links may offer a possible scenario as to what may soon play out with regards to that question and the question of who will rise to power in the Middle East.

“The president stated that when a leader’s only means of staying in power is to use mass violence against his own people, he has lost the legitimacy to rule and needs to do what is right for his country by leaving now.” I can not put my finger on it, but even if the leader of a nation is a rogue thug, something does not sound right about what Obama is saying. Will Obama cave to massive liberal socialist protests or give them what they want? Chancellor Angela Merkel of Germany does not see this as a “Marxist” take over.
